* Normally, we start leveling within 30 minutes after receiving your order. Sometimes our departments get full and it may take longer for your order to start. In that case we'll inform you immediatly and let you know the waiting time.
* Please prepare your account for the powerleveling and make sure you are logged off before we begin. This guarantees a smooth process for our levelers to start working on your character.
8.Do I keep the money and items gained while you level my character?
* Yes! All money and items which were gained on your character during the leveling process belong to you, and are left on your account. See it as an added bonus!
9.Do you use bots or macros?
* No! We do not use bots, macros or any other third-party programs that are forbidden by in-game nature. Our expert team of 200+ employees farm and level characters personally, by using hand methods alone. This ensures your character is leveled the fastest and safest way possible, while our gold is guaranteed to 100% safe delivery.
10.Can I play with my character while you are powerleveling?
* Yes! But before you login, please contact our Customer Support Representatives to arrange a safe time space. After time has been arranged with our powerleveling agent, we will pause the leveling for a while so you can login to your character. Please leave any gold or equipment intact, they are necessary to continue leveling your character.
* After logging off, please don't forget to inform our Customer Support. We will adjust the time of completion according to the time you spent in game, and continue your powerleveling immediately.
11.Will you use my character to PK (player-kill) or KS (kill-steal)?
* No! We will never involve your character in PKing, KSing, or any other behavior that is frowned upon.
12.I don't want anybody to know that you are playing my character. What will you do?
* Normally we will respond as if AFK when another player sends you a tell, however if a GM sends you a tell we will say hello to him or her. We can respond in any way you like though. If you have any specific answers you would like us to use, please just let us know and we will be sure to use them.
13.I have ordered on the wrong server or character name. What should I do?
* Please send us an email from your Payment Email Address or contact our Customer Support Representatives and include your order number and the correct server or character name. We will procees the delivery according to your new information.
